The inspiration for the founding of DUYE dates back to 2012,when the Tech company's co-founders Matt and Eden were having constant international phone meetings, which lasted over 4 years, in their respective dorms. They nicknamed their conference rooms as 'dark room', and the so-called 'dark room' is the cradle for DUYE.

Later on, as they have been trying to create a new form of business organization model, DUYE came into beingToday's world is a highly eficiency-driven world.
